Mallika Basu, passionate food writer, author of ‘Miss Masala: Real Indian Cooking for Busy Living’, and most recently of Jamie Oliver Food Tube fame is hosting an intimate dinner (including fabulous wine and a welcome cocktail) and cookery tutorial.
Mallika is the author of Miss Masala: Real Indian Cooking for Busy Living, which was published by Harper Collins worldwide. She writes the popular www.quickindiancooking.com blog and has featured on Madhur Jaffrey’s Curry Nation TV show, as well as on Jamie Oliver’s FoodTube, the chef’s YouTube channel cooking a Chicken Korma for his 1.25million subscribers to rave reviews. Mallika regularly contributes to media interviews. Elle Magazine called her one of the “leading influencers of tomorrow”.
